You can edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by clicking the “View Your Order” button in your confirmation email. After that window, there's a limited timeframe for making changes or cancellations, so please contact us as soon as possible. We'll try our best, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to before it's shipped.

If your order is already on its way, you can:

• Change the delivery address by directly contacting the courier via the tracking link that was sent to you.
• Return the product by following our return process here.
