Pre-orders can be updated or cancelled up until they are being processed for shipping. Once your order is being processed, the window to make changes is very limited, so please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try our best, but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make changes before it’s shipped.

If your order is already on its way, you can:

• Change the delivery address by directly contacting the courier via the tracking link that was sent to you.

• Return the product by following our return process here.
