I would like a return a product for a refund. What should I do?Updated 7 months ago
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in a re-saleable condition and it must be returned to us within 30 days.
The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, it will be for the product only and not for shipping.
To initiate a return, please complete our contact form here or email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved by Huski, we will provide the return shipping address.
We'd recommend a tracked service with insurance to make sure you're covered if anything happens to the Huski on its way back to us.
Once we've received your original order, it will be inspected. If the item is in acceptable condition, we'll send you a notification confirming your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
